We haven’t received any nominees for the Regional Volunteer award in BC, and voting is going to be taking place very soon. If you know of anyone who’s gone that extra mile for PWAC, please nominate them for the award by telling me why they deserve the award.

Regional Volunteer Awards
This award was established in 2005 and designed to recognize the valuable contributions of members who volunteer for PWAC in their regions.
2009 winners: Pam Blackstone, Doreen Pendgracs, Charmian Christie, Marijke Vroomen-Durning, Wendy Kitts
Only PWAC members in good standing are eligible recipients of this award. These awards, established in 2005, are designed to recognize the valuable contributions of members who volunteer for PWAC in their regions.
Prize: The winner in each region recieves a plaque and a gift voucher.
Nominating: To nominate a member, explain, in 500 words or less, why the member deserves this award and send to your regional director. (note: that’s Ryan Parton)
Judging: The Regional Directors will determine the winners. The local RD will not take part in the selection process for his/her region.
