The Magazine Writers’ Craft Fair is the essential professional development event for emerging and aspiring writers who are interested in crafting their careers in magazine writing. Industry professionals share their knowledge in an intimate and interactive forum.
Session 1: Building Your Brand with Frances Bula
Session 2: Getting Into the Market–and Surviving with Daniel Wood
Session 3: Blogging for Dollars with Rebecca Bollwitt
Session 4: What Editors Want with John Burns (executive editor of Vancouver magazine), Ian Cockfield (managing editor of EVENT), Matt O’Grady (editor of BCBusiness magazine), Anicka Quin (executive editor at Western Living magazine) and Alexandra Samur (managing editor of the online news magazine rabble.ca)
